Position: Senior EX Operations Specialist

Location: Remote (Canada)

We’re hiring a Senior EX Operations Specialist to join a dynamic global team delivering employee support across Canada and North America. This fully remote role will lead HR operations, complex case handling, Workday transactions, benefits administration, and compliance reporting, with a strong emphasis on Canadian labour regulations and bilingual support.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3–5 years’ experience in HR or People Ops
• Experience with Workday and Jira
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• Strong data-driven mindset and process improvement experience
• Fluent in English;
  French highly preferred

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience supporting remote/global teams
• Proven experience leading HR projects from design to delivery
• High business acumen and ability to work cross-functionally
