Position: Dog Kennel Manager with Competitive Pay
Join us in Yellowknife as a Dog Kennel Manager, earning $30.00 an hour. This full-time permanent role involves direct management at our facility, ensuring all dogs receive top care.

In this position, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the kennel. Candidates are expected to have 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles. Your contributions will ensure that all dogs are kept safe and happy, while also supporting the training and management of our team on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day kennel operations effectively

• Supervise the wellbeing and care of all dogs

• Oversee scheduling and staff training initiatives

• Liaise with clients regarding their pets’ needs

• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school graduation certificate

• Minimum 2 years of experience in kennel management

• Work authorization in Canada is mandatory

• Skills in dog behaviour and care preferred

• Strong organizational and communication abilities
