JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Assistant Manager is expected to act as an extension of and in support of the General Manager for both companies of Det’on Cho Kavanaugh LP and Det’on Cho Construction Services. This individual will contribute to the General Manager’s responsibility for profit-and-loss (P&L) accountability and will oversee all aspects of the business: operations, sales, finance, HR, safety, and customer service.
DUTIES
Support development of overall leadership and vision to the company, establishing strategic priorities and growth plans in alignment with shareholder objectivesHelp build and manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.Focus on day to day operations so the General Manager can create new Business Development opportunities.Assisting with the sounding board on financial analyses and reportsSupport the General Manager by overseeing daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance.Assist the General Manager by preparing reporting inputs and supporting the flow of transparent operational and financial information.Performs other related duties as required.WHAT YOU BRING
Minimum 4 years of leadership experienceAbility to support profit-and-loss (P&L) responsibility with a track record of growth and profitabilityStrong business acumen with fluency in operations, finance, sales and Human ResourcesProven leadership skills: able to inspire, coach, and hold teams accountableStrong relationship-builder, both internally and externallyExperience in a safety-driven, regulated industries an assetWHAT WE OFFER:
