As the Climate Change Community Liaison, you will leverage your expertise to support the deployment of federal resources aimed at mitigating climate impacts. Your ability to produce clear reports and communicate effectively will be vital in driving successful collaborations throughout NWT.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate funding access for Climate Change projects
• Work with communities on Mitigation and Adaptation strategies
• Prepare analytical reports and correspondence
• Engage with stakeholders to navigate cultural challenges
• Analyze research data to propose solutions
Requirements:
• Education in Environmental Studies or similar
• 3 to 5 years in Climate Change roles
• Exceptional spoken and written English
• Experience in proposal writing and project support
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Empower NWT communities by fostering sustainable climate actions and resilience measures.
