In this pivotal role, you will support the sales organization by optimizing processes and maintaining data accuracy. Your collaboration with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing teams will improve overall pipeline visibility and decision-making. With a strong focus on continuous improvement and data-driven strategies, you will be key to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize sales processes to boost conversion rates
• Ensure Salesforce data accuracy across accounts and pipelines
• Create reports and dashboards for performance tracking
• Support clean data for forecasting activities
• Provide insights to empower sales leadership decisions
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field
• 3–5 years in Sales or Revenue Operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce reporting
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Experience in AI tools like ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot
