Member Engagement Account Representative

Transform member experiences at Movati Athletic as an Account Representative.

Your role will include fostering relationships and generating leads to enhance our Club's fitness offerings for every member.

Account Representatives are vital to our mission of delivering exceptional service and nurturing new business accounts. This position entails engaging members with a strong customer service focus, assisting them in meeting their personal health and fitness objectives. You'll also play a key role in solving concerns and ensuring every member feels comfortable and welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Nurture new business accounts through proactive engagement

• Provide tailored product and service recommendations

• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing members

• Manage and resolve member inquiries and issues

• Create a supportive and welcoming atmosphere

Requirements:

• 1+ years of related sales and customer service experience

• Education related to health and fitness is an asset

• Certifications in sales or marketing preferred

• Experience in retail, leisure, or fitness industries is beneficial

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
