In this leadership role, you will oversee multidisciplinary projects, from fluvial and coastal geomorphology to erosion processes and hazard mitigation. Your advanced technical knowledge will drive business growth through strategic planning and client relationship development, while mentoring junior staff to enhance team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead geomorphology projects from proposal to completion
• Engage in business development and client relationship building
• Apply expertise in sediment transport and natural processes
• Guide restoration approaches for rivers and shorelines
• Provide technical direction on geo-environmental assessments
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in Physical Geography or related field
• Eligible as a Professional Geoscientist in British Columbia
• At least 15 years of consulting experience
• Deep expertise in coastal and fluvial processes
• Proven leadership and team development skills
Lead geomorphology projects and shape sustainable landscapes at WSP in Western Canada.
