Mining Pressure Welders

Bullitt Staffing Inc. is seeking experienced Pressure Welders for a short-term, fly-in/fly-out assignment at an Arctic mining site. This contract role offers a unique opportunity to work on a rotational schedule in a remote environment, supporting critical piping installation and maintenance. Ideal candidates will have strong pressure welding experience in industrial or mining settings and a proven commitment to safety and quality.

• Up to $60/hr plus overtime after 8 hours per day
• Gross earnings of $27,700 for the project duration
• Fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) rotation: 21 days on / 7 days off
• Paid flights to and from site
• Camp accommodations and meals provided
• All required PPE supplied
• Work with a reputable staffing agency specializing in mining and industrial placements

• Interprovincial Red Seal Welder certification
• Minimum five (5) years of industrial or mining experience
• Alberta B-Pressure Certification or Technical Safety BC Pressure Welder Certification
• Recent (within 6 months) SMAW experience on pressure piping applications, with documentation
• Valid Northwest Territories (NWT) Welding Performance Qualification Card
• Ability to pass medical assessment, criminal background check, and drug/alcohol screening
• Strong knowledge of pressure piping systems, welding procedures, and industry codes
• Proven safety record and reliable attendance
• Willingness and ability to work in a remote Arctic environment on a rotational schedule

• Experience maintaining industrial processing equipment such as feeders, conveyors, crushers, ship loaders, and pumps
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and maintaining trade competencies
