Position: Building Operator Role
Join ATCO Frontec as a 3rd Class Building Operator in Yellowknife, NT, and contribute to essential facility operations. This role emphasizes maintenance and repair skills across various systems and requires mobility for site travels.

As an integral member of the RP North team, you will perform skilled tasks including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical maintenance. With a focus on quality repair service, you will ensure all building systems operate efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Your ability to coordinate activities effectively will support our preventative maintenance initiatives across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various systems

• Perform handyman duties including HVAC and plumbing work

• Ensure building equipment meets safety and operational standards

• Document daily equipment readings and maintenance logs

• Respond to emergency call outs as necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum 3rd Class Power Engineer Certification

• Valid Class Driver’s License with clean abstract

• 5+ years of relevant experience in maintenance

• Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment tests

• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
