Well Haven Pet Health is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and pets. You will convert incoming calls into scheduled appointments, greet clients, and support the veterinary team to keep patient flow smooth.
This role requires multitasking, a calm demeanor under pressure, and basic computer skills. Prior customer service or front-desk experience is preferred; veterinary experience is a plus but not required.
