Soliant is actively hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract position with a school district in Yelm, Washington. We are looking for a dedicated OT to join our team for the upcoming school year and are scheduling interviews immediately.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly supportive environment. You will be managing a caseload of approximately 50 to 55 students ranging from Pre-K through 5th grade. You will be an integral part of a team, working closely with educators and staff to support student success and early development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine students' needs in areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care tailored to early learners and elementary-aged students.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with student-centered goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to a caseload of 50-55 students in individual and small group settings.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Washington Occupational Therapy license is required.
• OSPI Fingerprint Clearance is required (must be fingerprinted through OSPI or willing to complete the process).
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
