Where You Will Work
:
Yelm Branch: 1105 W Yelm Ave, Yelm, WA 98597 (Branches).

Pay Range: The target hourly pay range for this position is $20.56 - $23.37. The full hourly pay range is $18.70 - $28.04.

  • We provide an additional $2.00 per hour bilingual differential for employees who can support members’ financial needs in a second language; subject to verification of language proficiency and financial terminology.
  • Compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. If an offer is made, individual qualifications will be considered. In addition to salary, compensation incentives are available; incentives are performance-based and targets vary by role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage members warmly and professionally, creating an environment that supports meaningful conversations and proactive discovery of financial needs.
  • Develop and deepen member relationships by uncovering needs, presenting tailored solutions, and originating or referring products across the full suite of Peak offerings, including consumer loans, specialty accounts, protection products, and advanced digital tools. Consistently meets or exceeds assigned sales and production goals, demonstrating strong consultative selling, follow-through, and closing skills.
  • Provide advanced financial guidance and empathetic problem-solving, ensuring each interaction improves financial confidence and expands relationship opportunities.
  • Ensure precise execution of cash handling, vault operations, and transaction processing.
  • Execute complex account openings, loan applications, underwriting support, and account maintenance with accuracy, while positioning complementary products that align with member goals and long-term financial well-being.
  • Cultivate long-term member relationships through follow-up and relationship management, ensuring members feel seen, supported, and guided toward responsible financial decisions.
  • Provide expert support in designated areas such as consumer lending, account portfolio growth, or business development, leveraging sales acumen to advance branch performance.
  • Maintain accurate notes on all interactions, applications, and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care and enable relationship-building across channels.
  • Partner with branch leadership to support escalations, coaching moments, cross-training, and branch-wide sales initiatives.
  • Demonstrate professionalism through ongoing skill development, participation in training and promotional initiatives, and engagement in community events to support sales capability and product mastery.
  • All other duties as assigned.

When You'll Be Working: Monday–Friday: 8:45am – 5:45pm and rotating Saturdays: 9:15am – 1:45pm. Full-time 40 hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services.
