School Physical Therapist | Yelm, Washington

Looking for a dynamic opportunity to make a direct impact on student success? A contract position is available for a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide essential support in a K-12 setting for the  school year. This full-time role involves working with a diverse student population (approximately 25-30 students) across multiple locations within the district, ensuring a rewarding mix of collaboration and independence.

• Valid Washington State Physical Therapy (PT) license, or willingness to obtain before the start date
• Fingerprint clearance through OSPI, or open to completing this requirement
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred, but dedicated new grads are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Committed to providing services exclusively onsite (no virtual work)
• Able to manage a K-12 caseload and work across different sites within the district

• Deliver physical therapy services to support the academic and functional growth of students in grades K-12
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy into students educational programs
• Consult with school staff on accommodations and equipment needs to support student participation
• Travel between school sites within the district as needed

Compensation for this position ranges from $37.41 to $67.41.
