Position Summary
Donation Attendant – part‑time. Hourly Rate: $17.13 per hour.
As a member of the Goodwill production team, Donation Attendants process and sort community donations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Accept donations from donors and issue receipts as necessary
- Maintain indoor and outdoor donation areas clean, neat, and free of debris
- Receive training on Gaylord and pallet use
- Assist in the unloading and loading of trucks and/or trailers
- Greet donors, carry donations from the donor’s vehicle to the center, and provide receipts upon request
- Exercise good judgment to determine which donations are acceptable and communicate the decision to customers politely and effectively
- Maintain all required records and deliver them to supervisors or drivers as scheduled
