Adult Beverage Team Associate

Our customers value the quality of fruit and vegetables we provide. In this role, you will make important decisions about the quality of the produce, as well as help customers with shopping.

Duties include:

• Work in the deli and provide excellent customer service, using a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Assist customers in the bakery, including cake decorations and ordering special items.
• Help customers in the dry grocery department find the items they are looking for.
• Perform detailed cleaning of shelves and departments.
• Check and maintain temperature control of perishable items.
• Verify dates and dispose of lower quality food products.

• Help customers find the products they are looking for.
• Ensure high‑quality products are available in produce, deli, bakery, dairy, meat, and other departments.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food.
• Assist customers in ordering cakes, fulfilling deli orders, or finding the right produce.
• Keep the area clean, sanitized, and customer‑ready.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
