Pay Range
:
The target hourly pay range for this position is $20.56-$23.37. The full hourly pay range is $18.70-$28.04.
- We provide an additional $2.00 per hour bilingual differential for employees who can support our members' financial needs in a second language; subject to verification of strong grasp of financial terms utilizing language skillset.
- Compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. If an offer is made, qualification considerations are taken into account. In addition to base salary, compensation incentives are available. Incentives are performance-based and targets vary by role.
- Engages members warmly and professionally, creating an environment that supports meaningful conversations and proactive discovery of financial needs.
- Develops and deepens member relationships by uncovering needs, presenting tailored solutions, and originating or referring products across the full suite of Peak offerings, including consumer loans, specialty accounts, protection products, and advanced digital tools. Consistently meets or exceeds assigned sales and production goals, demonstrating consultative selling, follow-through, and closing skills.
- Provides advanced financial guidance and empathetic problem-solving, ensuring each interaction results in improved financial confidence and expanded relationship opportunities.
- Ensures precise execution of cash handling, vault operations, and transaction processing.
- Executes complex account openings, loan applications, underwriting support, and account maintenance with accuracy and care, while positioning complementary products that align with member goals and long-term financial well-being.
- Cultivates long-term member relationships through follow-up and relationship management, ensuring members feel seen, supported, and guided toward responsible financial decisions.
- Provides expert support in designated areas such as consumer lending, account portfolio growth, or business development, leveraging sales acumen and product expertise to advance branch performance.
- Maintains accurate notes on all interactions, applications, and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care and support sales tracking across channels.
- Partners with branch leadership to support escalations, coaching moments, cross-training, and branch-wide sales initiatives.
- Demonstrates professionalism through ongoing skill development, participation in training and promotional initiatives, and engagement in community events to support personal and branch success.
- All other duties as assigned.
Monday–Friday: 8:45am – 6:15pm and rotating Saturdays: 9:15am – 1:45pm. Full-time 40 hours a week.
Qualifications- Minimum two (2) years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services.
- Ability to perform in an environment with frequent changes and competing demands.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage members and build trust.
- Ability to continuously learn and maintain knowledge of credit union systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions relevant to the role and experience.
- Ability to embrace and promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
