Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Yeovil

Full-Time or Flexible Days | £14.66 per hour (PAYE) / £16.14 per hour (Umbrella)

Prospero Teaching is looking for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a warm and welcoming nursery in Yeovil. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early years professional who is passionate about supporting children's development in a nurturing environment.

Hours:

8:00am - 5:00pm

Days:
Monday to Friday (flexible days can be accommodated)

Setting:
Friendly and supportive nursery with strong values and child‑centred practice

Start: ASAP (or upon completion of compliance checks)

• Provide high-quality care and learning experiences aligned with the EYFS
• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Support children's emotional, social, and educational development
• Work effectively as part of a dedicated early years team

To be considered, you must have:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare
• Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Right to work in the UK
• Paediatric First Aid certificate
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Recent, referenceable child‑based experience
