Electricians - You’ve Done the Job, now Teach the Trade at Yeovil College
You’ve nailed the trade — now reap the rewards with plenty of holidays!

You’ve spent years on the tools — in lofts, on ladders, and out in all weathers. But now, it might be time to do something just as important…
Passing your skills on to the next generation.

Yeovil College is on the lookout for experienced electricians to help train tomorrow’s sparkies. It’s still hands-on, still practical — just with less mud and more tea.

Why make the move?

Your trade skills are hugely valuable — we’ll help with the teaching know-how

No teaching experience needed — just real-world know-how

35 days holiday a year, plus gifted Christmas leave

£5,000 Golden Hello to welcome you to the team

Say goodbye to frozen mornings and soggy socks

Heated classrooms and colleagues who don’t borrow your tools

The chance to shape the future – and still talk shop all day

Whether you're winding down your tools or ready for a new challenge, this is your chance to make a real impact!
