Job Scope
As an Administration Assistant, you will perform frontline reception duties and support the Administration Team in the smooth running of operations within the school.
- Providing good frontline customer service – including handling enquiries (calls or in-person) and rendering assistance to students and staff;
- Management and compilation of data and drafting of simple correspondences;
- Collection and verification of documents;
- General office administrative duties & ad-hoc logistics and operational support;
- Other general duties or projects assigned by the school
Yishun
Working HoursMondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm
Fridays: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Feb 2026 to 2027 (option to extend till 2028)
Salary$2500 to $2800/Month
Job Requirements- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in frontline customer service, general administration, preferably in a school setting.
- Knowledge of basic first-aid will be useful.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and comfortable with using IT systems.
