Job Summary

You will manage resident and tenant feedback using the CRM Support System, provide timely service recoveries, assist users with inhouse app bookings, and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth estate operations.

Responsibilities
  • Record and track feedback or complaints from residents and tenants via the CRM Support System and escalated unresolved issues promptly
  • Generate letters or circulars required for estate communications
  • Deliver immediate service recoveries to address lapses in service quality
  • Respond to walk‑in and‑in enquiries from residents or clients to provide clear and helpful information
  • Guide users on the inhouse apps and assist with booking‑related enquiries to ensure user satisfaction
  • Assist with e‑archiving by scanning, categorizing, and creating files to maintain organized digital records
  • Support administrative tasks such as printing documents, preparing materials for meetings, and distributing documents for estate management
  • Perform handing over and taking over of estate matters to ensure continuity in operations
  • Provide additional administrative support to site or office teams as needed
Required competencies and certifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
