The successful candidate will:
Be responsible for maximizing Murata sales opportunities by promoting product growth and account direction for assigned accounts. Position is accountable for core business (Mobility/Automotive Customers).
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of assigned customers and execute sales activities to achieve divisional targets.
- Involve in sales activities include pre and post price negotiations, customer visits, sales budget planning, order and payment monitoring, preparation of forecasts and reports and etc.
- Develop and implement business plans to expand market share and increase sales for each account.
- Build strong, multi-level partnerships with assigned accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, logistics, and production to deliver excellent sales support.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, demonstrating initiative in converting prospects into actual sales.
- Execute design-related activities for Automotive/Mobility customers and coordinate with the Product Team to drive sales promotion initiatives to prospective and existing customers.
- Provide technical and business support to customers, addressing inquiries effectively.
- Enhance products and technical knowledge while staying current with industry trends and market conditions.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or any other related engineering field.
- Candidates with 2-3 years working experience in B2B or engineering background/seeder experiences are welcomed.
- Demonstrates a proactive and resilient mindset.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Skilled in analyzing data, preparing reports, and delivering clear presentations
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Positive attitude in challenging work environment. Ability to perform multi-tasking.
