• Manage a designated portfolio of customers and execute effective sales activities to meet divisional targets.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans aimed at enhancing market share and sales growth.
• Build and maintain robust, multi-level partnerships with assigned accounts to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, logistics, and production, to deliver exceptional sales support.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting prospects into actual sales through initiative and effort.
• Execute design-related activities for customers and coordinate with the Product Team to promote sales initiatives.
• Provide technical and business support to customers, efficiently addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to enhance product and technical knowledge.

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a B2B or engineering role, preferably with sales experience.
• Proactive and resilient mindset, with a demonstrated ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare reports and present data clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a challenging work environment.
