• Minimum requirement Diploma 3 in hospitality or in a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experiences (Resort Hotel & Convention/hospitality)
• Excellent in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proven sales track record, handling government and MICE accounts are preferred
• Excellent personality and attitude
• Discipline and team oriented

• 2+ years culinary education
• 5+ years experience in similar position
• Excellent knowledge of western, asian and Japanese food
• Advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices
• Excellent knowledge of systems, ordering and inventory
• Excellent communication skills
• Implementing hygiene policies & examining equipment for cleanliness
• Good vibes in leadership & innovation

• Experience in the same position minimum 2 years at 3/4 stars hotel
• Good communication in Bahasa and English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Love to work in a team with target oriented
• Self driven and high motivated
• Able to join immediately
• Strong leadership
