Responsibilities
- Onboard existing local community with min. 25 Member/Community (1 Community/Day)
- Visit potential community (6 community/day)
- Manage and nurture the Community acquired via Whatsapp.
- Share updates, success stories, SOPs, and resolve conflicts quickly for Community Acquires
- Organize small-scale events and quarterly offline gatherings to strengthen member engagement.
- Maintain engagement with Community.
- Drive Agents to increase Digital Goods transaction
- D3 (experienced candidates preferred; fresh graduates are welcome).
- 1 year proven experience in community management, event coordination, or learning program operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with digital tools (Whats App, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for grassroots engagement and community empowerment.
