Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Sales Supervisor/Leader in the FMCG industry
Strong understanding of distributor management, channel development, and area expansion
Strong in distribution and team sales management
Excellent communication skills with both internal and external parties
Capable of developing the team (especially Sales team)
Results-oriented and used to working towards targets
High level of integrity
Willing to be placed in any area across Indonesia
