Thai Speaking Telesales Agent

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls (often including cold calling) to prospective clients or contact existing customers to promote products/services.
• Answer inbound calls from customers interested in products or services.
• Effectively present and explain product or service features and benefits to prospects.
• Close sales deals over the phone to meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales quotas.
• Look for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products to existing customers.

• Diploma or Bachelor s degree.
• Able to speak in Thai.
• Strong English proficiency (minimum B1/B2 level).
• Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or in a similar sales/customer service role is often preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Awareness of current affairs in relevant markets/countries.
• Team player with strong engagement, maturity, and analytical thinking.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta
