Position: Telesales Team Leader )

Lead, supervise, and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Monitor team performance including call volume, lead generation, and conversation rates
Provide coaching and guidance to telesales agents to improve sales skills, communication and productivity
Ensure team members effectively communicate product features, promotions, and benefits to potentail customers
Support the team in handling customer objections and providing appropriate solutions
Ensure costumers are guided through their first transaction smoothly and have a positive experience
Maintain accurate reporting and ensure proper use of the CRM sysem for tracking customer interactions
Prepare performance reports and provide insight to improve telesales strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any major
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Telesales Team Leader or similar supervisory role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience using CRM tools and understanding of effective telesales and cold calling strategies
Target - oriented with strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Fluent in English (spoken and writen) will be point plus
Willing to be based in Yogyakarta office
