Position: Tax Partner – High Net Worth (Remote)
Compensation: Up to $210K base salary + Bonus + Equity Opportunities (Compensation structure will vary based on experience and book of business)
Must have a transferable book of business (ideally $300K+ in recurring revenue).
Location: Fully Remote - Candidates can be based anywhere in the US (Except California)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Tax Partner. This is a strategic hire focused on serving complex individual and fiduciary clients while contributing to long-term firm growth. The role offers full remote flexibility, client ownership, equity opportunities, and strong support across operations, technology, and staffing.
Ideal Candidate:
- Current or former Partner, solo practitioner, or tax leader at a CPA firm
- 10+ years of experience serving high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates
- Deep technical expertise in 1040s, 1041s, 1065s, and 1120-S
- CPA required
- LLM or Master’s in Taxation preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in contributing to practice growth
- Strong client management skills and collaborative approach
Additional Notes:
- Candidates with a portable book of business are required (ideally $300K+ in recurring revenue)
- This is not a back-office leadership role as we are seeking someone who enjoys client-facing work, mentorship, and long-term firm-building
- Equity participation is available and can grow based on performance and contribution
- PTO – Unlimited (excluding busy season)
