Location: Vancouver, BC, (Remote)
Salary: $85,000 – 105,000 depending on experience

You’ll manage full‑cycle accounting for a small portfolio, ensure accurate financial reporting, support junior team members, and help strengthen internal processes. • Managing month‑end close and preparing reliable financial statements
• Maintaining working papers, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Coordinating payroll and compliance requirements for assigned clients
• Handling day‑to‑day accounting including journal entries, AR/AP, and related tasks
• Providing guidance to junior staff to support their development and ensure consistent quality
• Bring an solutions orientated mindset, constantly identifying opportunities to build efficiencies, improve processes and automate.

• CPA designation
• Solid experience with full‑cycle accounting and month‑end processes
• Comfort with payroll platforms and compliance requirements
• Strong Excel abilities including analysis and data organization
• Knowledge of Canadian accounting standards; cross‑border exposure is helpful
• Experience with cloud‑based accounting software
• Interest in improving processes and working efficiently
