Location - Yonkers, NY
Onsite Role
Contract - 2 months +
- Greets visitors and contacts the proper associate to escort the visitor from reception
- Visitors/Vendors: requests , creates a guest badge, logs each visitor, and requests an IT associate to escort them in the building
- IT associates: requests , require sign in for those without a badge, and issues a temporary badge for the day
- Accepts and tracks deliveries
- Answers and redirects incoming calls to reception
- Validates parking for IT associates traveling to other sites
- Orders, stocks, and tracks all supplies
- Manages signage as needed
- Coordinates with support vendors for cleaning, maintenance, and supplies
- Coordinates cell phone pick-up and delivery from telecom
- Provides support to the Operations Manager as needed
- Moves heavy packages and refills water coolers
- Coordinates with property management and vendors as required
- Acts as site representative when the manager is not available
- Assists in conference room meeting facilitation and management
- Setup and breakdown of conference rooms
