Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Yonkers, NY for a Bilingual Front Office Assistant (English/Spanish). The Front Office Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls and client communication, provide administrative and clerical support, and assist with day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities include answering and making phone calls, communicating with customers in both English and Spanish, sending emails, checking customer systems through monitoring portals, assisting with the preparation of applications and permit documentation for submission to local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), and organizing files and documents using Google Drive. This role is integral to maintaining smooth office operations and ensuring timely communication with customers and partners.
ScheduleMonday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office)
Qualifications- Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially over the phone
- Professional phone etiquette and experience handling inbound and outbound calls
- Ability to manage administrative tasks such as emails, document preparation, and file organization
- Comfortable using basic computer tools, including email and Google Drive
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in an office setting
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior office or administrative experience preferred
