AboutThe Role
This role exists to keep legal records organized, accurate, and easy to retrieve. You will manage document storage, retention, and confidentiality across a growing volume of records. The work is primarily asynchronous, with most coordination happening through written updates rather than live meetings. You will join a team distributed across multiple countries and time zones. The environment is structured, with clear processes and zero tolerance for errors in record handling.
You will also have significant autonomy in how you organize and prioritize your workload.
- Own records management processes using records management software and database systems
- Enter and maintain accurate data across archival and retention systems
- Organize physical and digital records for easy retrieval and audit readiness
- Scan and digitize documents using document imaging tools
- Handle confidential records according to established retention and privacy protocols
- Experience with records management processes
- Hands‑on experience with data entry
- Strong organizational skills for managing large volumes of records
- Strong commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Experience with records management software and database systems
- Experience with archival systems, retention management tools, and document imaging
