About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Automotive Technician to lead diagnostic efforts and complex repairs in their state-of-the-art facility in George . This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of modern automotive systems and the ability to mentor junior technicians. You will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of service excellence, tackling challenging repair scenarios, and ensuring customer vehicles are returned to optimal condition.

• Perform advanced diagnostics on complex vehicle systems, including engine management, emissions, and hybrid powertrains.
• Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical faults.
• Supervise and guide junior technicians, providing technical assistance and training.
• Interpret technical service bulletins and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Manage workshop workflow, ensuring timely and efficient completion of repairs.

• Extensive experience as an Automotive Technician , with a specialization in diagnostics.
• In-depth knowledge of various vehicle makes and advanced automotive electronics.
• Certification from a recognized automotive training institution is highly desirable.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
