Fall Management Trainee Intern | Westchester County, NY

Overview

For a university/college student, the Enterprise Management Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. During the internship you’ll gain real‑world professional experience that sets you apart from the crowd and adds more than just a line to your resume.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you’ll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable management skills. You’ll work on the same challenges as first‑ and second‑year full‑time professionals in a team‑based environment, receiving guidance from peers while growing professionally and having fun.

This role will be located at one of our offices within Westchester County, NY. It is a part‑time position, located in the Fall of 2026, with compensation of $19.50 per hour.

As part of the Management Internship Program, you’ll experience daily new, exciting, and rewarding opportunities. You’ll manage a fleet of vehicles, care for customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers. Intern projects will allow you to use the skills you learn and engage in friendly competition with peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program at a college/university, graduating in December 2026.
• Operate a motor vehicle; must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week during the internship within normal enterprise business hours.
• Must live within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
• Must have at least 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
