Leading the architecture and strategy for core revenue systems, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Operations will manage the development of scalable systems, oversee a high-performing team, and partner with executive leadership to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and own the long-term architecture and roadmap for Salesforce, Monetize Now (CPQ), and the broader revenue systems stack
- Build a best-in-class quote-to-cash engine to streamline sales processes and ensure data integrity across CRM, CPQ, and ERP
- Design a scalable framework for public-sector and reseller procurement while developing pipeline and forecasting infrastructure for executive reporting
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM/systems leadership, specifically within a SaaS company
- Hands‑on experience with AI deployment in GTM systems and workflows
- Proven ability to design scalable systems and processes with a focus on long‑term roadmaps
- Experience in building pipeline, quota, and coverage reporting models for executive decision-making
- Strong data analysis skills, including SQL or equivalent experience with CRM/ERP datasets
