Our Inter-Organizational Transfer (IOT) Procurement Team within Operations and Supply Chain (OSC) at Raytheon has an excellent opportunity for a Manager, Procurement, to join our team. You will be responsible for the overall IOT Procurement management of multiple complex products and IOT purchase orders requiring ongoing oversight and administration of specifications and Statements of Work (SOW). You will be responsible for purchase order administration, relationship development and escalation of issues through RMD and IOT Partner leadership teams.

You will interface extensively with internal and external stakeholders in managing current performance of existing contracts and new contracts. This is a highly collaborative position, offering the chance to overcome challenging issues with creative problem-solving skills. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic growth-oriented environment that supports a broad portfolio of programs across multiple Mission Areas.

Develop, implement, and maintain a clear execution and delivery schedule for the supplier's products, in partnership with the supplier. Communicate status (challenges, actions, owners, needs) at various levels within both Raytheon and the supplier. Drive closure of actions that are owned by Raytheon by building relationships. Drive closure of actions at the supplier by gaining trust and clearly communicating Raytheon priorities.

Build relationships with supplier counterparts and executives to improve supplier performance and to ensure alignment with our current execution and future business priorities and strategies. Discuss material, technical, and resource challenges from a position of manufacturing experience. Attend internal and external meetings using Zoom with ability to be on camera. Travel expected approximately 10-20% of the time.

Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience. The ability to perform duties with minimal oversight; ability to understand the organization’s goals, create the plan, and then determine the tactical tasks to achieve success. Ability to travel 25-50% domestically. Leadership experience:
