Medium sized masonry and concrete contractor based in Yonkersis seeking a project manager withexperienceinasimilar role.
The ideal candidate willbe responsible forthe following duties;
- Manage all aspects of multiple projects,from submittals,to day-to-day operations, change orders, and closeout of projects.
- Interact and coordinate with General Contractors,inspectorsand field crew to resolve issues and to advance the project.
- Manage reviews and approvals of construction schedule of values andassistin reviews of the billing process.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Some experience in a similar role. Experience with Masonry and/or concretea benefit.
- Strong communicationandorganizationskills.
- Familiarity with various computer softwareincluding,MS office and plan swift.
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineeringor construction management is preferred but not required.
Salary: $70,000 to $140,000 depending on experience
