Residential Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Residential Engineer to join our team and support the successful execution of residential construction projects.

This role will lead day-to-day project coordination, field communication, documentation, construction oversight, and project controls to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

Location:

Yonkers, NY (Onsite)

• Coordinate daily construction activities and maintain alignment with project schedules and approved plans
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Prepare and manage daily reports, work logs, job tickets, and project documentation
• Track labor productivity, workforce utilization, and project progress
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and ensure field compliance
• Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics to minimize delays
• Support QA/QC processes and monitor subcontractor performance
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, building codes, and project specifications
• Support project mobilization and closeout activities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
• Minimum 5 years of construction management, field engineering, or project coordination experience
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, drawings, systems and quality control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license required
