We are seeking an organized and motivated Construction Project Manager to manage multiple renovation projects from our Yonkers office. This is a hands-on role involving field supervision, trade coordination, scheduling, material ordering, change orders, billing coordination, job costing, and communication between clients, field crews, subcontractors, and the office.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple construction projects from start to completion.
Conduct regular site visits and oversee project progress, quality, and scheduling.
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, trades, and project schedules.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, contractors, and field personnel.
Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
Order materials and coordinate jobsite deliveries.
Identify additional work and coordinate change orders with the office.
Coordinate invoices, billing, and project documentation with office staff.
Track labor, material, subcontractor, and other job costs.
Communicate project progress, issues, and upcoming needs to the office.
Resolve field issues and assist with punch lists and project closeout.
QualificationsConstruction experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
NYC SST card/ OSHA
40 required
Exterior renovation experience preferred; interior experience is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Ability to read construction drawings or willingness to learn
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Valid driver’s license required.
Reliable personal vehicle preferred, but not required.
