THE JOB:As an MGM Rewards Representative, you will be the face of our casino’s guest services, responsible for issuing player rating cards to patrons, addressing their questions, and ensuring a seamless experience in accordance with our company policies and regulations. You’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by delivering top‑notch service and supporting our guests in every way possible.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:- Deliver outstanding guest service by providing the ultimate guest experience in assisting patrons with player rating cards, reservations, and inquiries
- Support preferred players by anticipating and catering to the needs of our valued guests, ensuring their visit is exceptional from start to finish
- Assist in managing reservations for our preferred players, ensuring all arrangements are handled efficiently
- Share information regarding events and casino offerings to guests
- Brings at least one year of prior relevant experience working in hospitality, customer/guest service, hotel, or a casino environment with a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service
- Communicates clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to confidently handle guest inquiries, concerns, and service recovery situations
- Has strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to thoughtfully resolve guest issues, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience
- Understands the importance of personalized service and consistently anticipates guest needs to exceed expectations
- Is knowledgeable about the local area, including attractions and events, and can confidently provide recommendations that enhance the guest experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:PAY RATE:
Pay rate: $41.79 per hour
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
