No Limit Ninja Yonkers is looking for an experienced Weekend Manager to oversee front desk operations, birthday parties and daily facility operations during our busiest days.
This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers outstanding customer service and can confidently lead staff while ensuring every guest has a great experience.
Position Overview Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations and weekend staff
- Oversee birthday parties and ensure events run smoothly
- Support party coaches and front desk team throughout the day
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
- Ensure the facility is clean, organized and operating efficiently
- Assist with opening, closing and daily operational tasks
- Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for members and guests
- Prior management or supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable leading a team and making decisions independently
- Starting salary: $20-25/hour (commensurate with experience)
