Maximus seeks bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Agents to support the CDC INFO program, a national CDC contact center. You will assist the public, healthcare providers, and public health professionals by delivering accurate, science-based health information on COVID and related topics.
The role is temporary with a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You must provide your own equipment and be available 8:00 am–8:00 pm ET, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week), with occasional holidays.
