Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients
• Create a welcoming, professional experience from the moment patients walk in
• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow
• Oversee front desk operations to keep the day running on track
• Verify insurance coverage and handle billing coordination
• Ensure accuracy and follow-through on administrative details

Qualifications

• Prior dental office experience required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with scheduling systems and insurance verification
• Professional, warm, and welcoming demeanor

Hours:

Full-time or Part-time
· Monday–Thursday
· No Fridays
