Our partner is rolling out a new tool for planning and optimizing retail promotions across multiple global markets. Correlation One is building and delivering the training program that teaches teams how to use it.

Employees involved in planning promotions — reviewing past promotions, building new ones, and (in more advanced markets) using analytics to optimize them. Audience experience level varies by market, from complete beginners to more advanced users.

Lead training sessions that walk learners through a realistic, hands-on promotional planning scenario, teaching the tool through the actual workflow rather than as a list of features. A core goal of the program is to establish consistent, harmonized promotional terminology and processes across markets, replacing the fragmented, market-specific approaches currently in use.

• 30 total training deliveries across the program
• Delivery breakdown:
• 10 full-day sessions led by instructor (all 10 full-day deliveries are the same)
• 20 half-day sessions led by instructor (all 20 half-day deliveries are the same)
• This role covers 30 deliveries: 10 full-day + 20 half-day

• Workshop Delivery: 30 total sessions (10 full-day + 20 half-day); exact time commitment per session TBD
  Preparation: ~4-5 hours to review the full-day deck, develop talking points, and practice delivery for the first delivery only
• ~2 hours to review the half-day deck, develop talking points, and practice delivery for the first delivery only
• Onboarding Session (1x): ~45 minutes with our team to review content and answer questions
• Training Session: TBD training on client-specific tool
• Dry-Run (1x session): timing TBD to walk through key sections, build confidence with the material, and test the virtual meeting link for tech readiness
• Additional Meetings (if needed): meet with the C1 team to align on client readiness and address any final questions
• Set-up: Completing tasks, as needed, to gain access to client platforms for the program delivery

• Background in marketing, sales, or business analysis, with familiarity in promotional/sales planning nomenclature (e.g., promotion mechanics, retail sales terminology) preferred
• Able to explain promotional performance metrics (ROI, sales lift, incrementality) in plain business terms
• Proven ability to learn a client's proprietary tool quickly and demo it live with confidence, including when the tool misbehaves
• Experience running hands-on exercises where participants work in the tool themselves
• Experience delivering engaging training sessions in a virtual environment
• Familiar with AI-assisted planning tools and where the tool's recommendation ends and the planner's judgment begins
• Strong leadership presence, organizational skills, and professional delivery
