ECCO III Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Lead Estimator with the ability to manage an entire project bid/estimate and manage a team of estimators for design-bid-build and design-build pursuits.
The individual will be expected to interpret bid documents, drawings, and specifications; prepare cost estimates; evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals; and communicate extensively with upper management regarding bid development, among other tasks.
QualificationsSuccessful candidates will meet most, if not all, of the below criteria:
- Experience as Lead Estimator, leading the estimate of large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate bid developments with upper management
- Working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite and HCSS Heavy Bid Estimating Software
The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000 in addition to bonus potential, 401k Safe Harbor Contribution , health benefits, paid time off, and more. The final salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the individual’s experience and qualifications.
