Location: City of Yonkers
LAUKOA is seeking a Facilities Project Development Specialist to support the 99th Readiness Division with multi-faceted engineering operations. The role focuses on planning, developing technical project documents, and generating cost estimates to ensure facility standards, safety, and efficiency are met.
On-site duties will include site visits and collaboration with AFOS/RFOS teams. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in project development, an NACI clearance, and strong MS Office skills.
