About the role:

The Application Analyst will be an integral part of the Global Support & Managed Automation Team, dedicated to providing exceptional technical and functional support for customers utilizing the Cloud-based application.

Your Day to Day:

Core duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

Manage and address accounting-specific customer inquiries within the Cloud-based environment.

Customer Orientation

Your ability to understand customer issues and ask precise questions to gather essential information will be paramount.

Teamwork
:
Collaborate closely with other departments, replicating and resolving issues within the application, and proposing suitable solutions.

Analytical Skills
:
Assist in optimizing our internal processes and meticulously document solutions for known issues.

Problem Solving
:
Your unique combination of creativity and results-oriented work style will shine as you propose innovative solutions.

Stakeholder Communication
:
Act as a bridge between technical teams, business users, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding system functionalities, issues, and resolutions.

Incident Management
:
Provide timely updates to users and management on issue resolutions, outages, and system performance, maintaining transparency in critical situations.

What makes you excel in this position:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

A degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field is highly desirable.

Minimum 2 years of practical experience in accounting or finance-related roles. A solid understanding of financial systems and their functionalities is a plus.

Understanding of key financial processes and familiarity with Accounts payables, payment processing, account reconciliation, and transaction matching is a plus.

Experience with troubleshooting and supporting financial or ERP applications is a plus.

An independent thinker with a passion for sharing ideas and a commitment to continuous learning and development.

Excellent communication skills paired with an enthusiastic and persuasive demeanor.

Salary Range
:
United States: USD 45,
Canada: CAD 60,

The above annual base salary range represents a general guideline for the low and high end of the pay range for this position. However, the actual salary offered will be determined on various factors including but not limited to location, job-related skills, experience, relevant education, training as well as market and business considerations.
