About the RoleThe Lash Lounge, located at 2359 Central Park Ave. in Yonkers, NY, seeks a licensed cosmetologist or esthetician to join our Lash Stylists team. You will provide a full menu of services including eyelash extensions (full sets and refills), threading, lash lifts, perms, and more. Our goal is to create a retreat that rejuvenates our clients from the inside out.
What You’ll Do- Apply state‑of‑the‑art techniques to deliver outstanding lash and brow results.
- Perform eyelash extensions, refills, and other lash services with precision and care.
- Provide excellent client service and consult on lash and skincare products.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Active cosmetology or esthetics license in the state of New York.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Lash Stylist; 1 year with hand‑made volume fans is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping clients feel beautiful.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
- Proactive self‑learner who is comfortable educating clients about products and services.
- Ongoing training and certification for all services.
- Built‑in lead book and scheduled appointments handled for you.
- Free lash extensions and other services for staff.

Job Type: Full‑time / Part‑time. Must work one weekend day.
Compensation: $45,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year.
