Seeking a dedicated Epic Willow System Analyst to support and enhance our ambulatory, inventory, and specialty pharmacy operations within our health system. This role encompasses the design, build, and optimization of the Epic Willow module, ensuring safe and efficient outpatient pharmacy operations through collaboration with clinical staff and IT project teams. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical support, training, and guidance across the medication‑use process.

• Configure and optimize Epic Willow Ambulatory, Inventory, and Specialty Pharmacy functionality.
• Review, validate, and manage application settings and build changes adhering to best practices.
• Lead operational support activities including troubleshooting, user support, and training.
• Collaborate on system integrations and interface maintenance with pharmacy third‑party systems.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, document results, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

• In‑depth knowledge of Epic Willow module configuration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Previous experience in healthcare or pharmacy IT systems, with specific expertise in Epic Willow implementations preferred. Certifications in Willow Ambulatory, Inventory, and Specialty Pharmacy are required for this role.
