Cordial Psychiatry is an innovative, community-focused outpatient mental health practice committed to delivering compassionate care. We’re looking for a confident, organized, and empathetic Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our Yonkers location.

• Lead daily operations of our outpatient office with precision and heart

• Support staff — scheduling, training, and team-building

• Ensure a smooth patient journey from check-in to follow-up

• Oversee billing and insurance workflows; manage accounts receivable

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations

• Keep the office stocked and running smoothly (equipment, supplies, etc.)

• Serve as the point of contact between patients, providers, and staff

• Manage patient records (EHR and physical) with accuracy and confidentiality

• Resolve issues proactively to keep morale and professionalism high

• Experience managing a medical office (Psychiatry/Behavioral Health a plus)

• Tech-savvy with EHR systems, billing platforms, and Microsoft Office

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
